Playwriting and production is an excellent workshop to use as the culminating experience for a unit of study, to highlight a group's focus, or as a fun way to immerse your group in the writing and creative process.

 

During this workshop, we help students develop themes and write a play specifically designed for them. Themes can be based on any idea or concept that is important to the group from curriculum material to current events to community building and more. We end with your choice of a simple sharing or a full production.

Playwriting/Production works best as a one or two-week residency, but can be structured in other time frames if a week is difficult to schedule.
